Having not so good experiences at other area dealerships, I was hesitant and anxious about my unexpected need to purchase a new car. Alec at Diehl was awesome. I was very impressed on the way that he and everyone worked for my best interest and finding the best deal. I am very happy with my Subaru and when it is time, I will definitely be back. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Bryce to get a vehicle and the whole experience was fantastic!! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Every person I worked with was extremely helpful and explained things in detail to me. They went above an beyond, even changed my plates and called my insurance to switch it over. My Nissan is beautiful, clean, runs great and is everything I wanted.

I had the pleasure of working with Micko. He’s personable and friendly to work with. He helped make some things happened to where I got the best warranty plan too which made my decision a no brainier. Today, I went in to follow up about paperwork that I hadn’t received in the mail yet to take to the bmv. And in about 10 minutes after I inquired, he got the paperwork in my hand. Great service!

Sarah and Vick were amazing at helping me find the perfect car. I had an amazing experience. Sarah even took the time to call and see if I needed anything a week after I got the car. Vick was able to find me an amazing deal on a car. I have gone to multiple different car dealerships before this one, and no one was able to get the deal he got for me. FIRST And Foremost thanks To Robert Bryce aka Bob , from the Waikem Ford, Great service and he has been with this Company for 46 years , I mean I don’t think I met anyone in the car industry that had such of great longevity , his office look Must likely the same after all these years , nothing fancy , I would assumed he preferred costumer service over a fancy office , congrats again . That building was the first , anyway great service from Bob , I found pretty much what a I was looking for , nothing fancy , the Toyota truck that I found was exactly what I needed . The USA for the first time in god knows how , has low inventory, so be patient with your car salesman . The building was really clean , attention to detail , buying a car if a process , enjoy and choose waikem for your Future purchases . TESTED drove the Vehicle, the day was even better when I drove my truck , I love it thanks :) we shall see you soon :)

I don’t even know where to begin with Chris Mason! He is the best of the best! Literally could not have been more perfect to work with. I was terrified to go to a dealership to buy a car and my big brother told me it was not a good idea but as soon as we met Chris he felt like family! He never pressured me into anything I didn’t like. He literally answered SO MANY questions for me and never made me feel stupid for asking them as a young female buying her first car. Through the process he never made me feel rushed and I learned so much from him.
